Application Process

Applications for exchange are made through Go Global.

If you have any questions about the application process, funding/costs of exchange, or general questions regarding the partner universities, you should contact a Go Global advisor or attend a drop in session.

For law-specific questions about how an exchange will impact your law studies, or questions about Law courses or transfer credit, please reach out to Zack Uganec, Manager, Student Affairs, at uganec@allard.ubc.ca or Kaila Mikkelsen, Assistant Dean, Students, at mikkelsen@allard.ubc.caAppointments can also be directly booked online via Calendly.

To Apply

Begin the application process well in advance of the application deadline. To apply, you must complete the following steps:

  • Identify 3 university partners you wish to attend
  • Apply online through Go Global.
  • Pay the Go Global fee $415 through the Student Service Centre (SSC) by the appropriate deadline
  • Complete and submit all supporting documentation by the deadline. For Law students only, please note:
    • Go Global Study Plan:Law students should complete this form, however, note that Allard does not participate in the Transfer Credit Database.
