Please note: The Allard Law Ambassadors will be observing a blackout period for the month of December in order to focus on exams. The Ambassadors will not be giving tours from December 4, 2023 to January 2, 2024, and they will not be replying to emails from December 11, 2023 to January 2, 2024.
Situated on the unceded, traditional and ancestral territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) people, the Allard School of Law at UBC is dedicated to continuing to build an equitable, inclusive and welcoming community for those who have been historically, persistently or systemically excluded from higher education.
Our Student Ambassador program plays an important role in supporting prospective and admitted students and helping foster a welcoming, inclusive and equitable environment. Students from historically underrepresented groups, including first-generation students, socio-economically underrepresented candidates, candidates who identify as Black, Indigenous or as a person of colour, and candidates with disabilities, are strongly encouraged to apply as Student Ambassadors.
Ambassadors can provide you with first-hand impressions of law school, living in Vancouver, their educational experience, and why they chose the Peter A. Allard School of Law. As a prospective student, you can reach out to our Ambassadors for advice and support throughout the application process and into your transition to law school.
