Profile
Kirthana is a doctoral student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law, specializing in comparative corporate law, corporate governance, and securities law. Her research explores the intersections of technology, sustainability, and global corporate governance practices. She has published on various issues related to the enforcement of shareholders’ rights and directors’ duties.
Previously, Kirthana served as an Assistant Professor and Assistant Dean (Academic Affairs) at Jindal Global Law School in India, where she taught courses on corporate and securities laws. She was also appointed as a Lecturer at Jindal Global Business School, where she taught a course on the legal aspects of business.
